I. Service Description

A one-stop seat selection and remote check-in service that offers fast check-in, seat reservation and electronic boarding pass generation. Passengers can board the plane by proceeding directly through the security check without waiting at the airport service counter.

II. Eligibility

Pre-selected seats: Services are only applicable to flights operated by Air China with ticket numbers starting "999" ；Free seat selection for flights operated by Shenzhen Airlines, Lufthansa Airlines, United Airlines, EVA Airlines, Air Canada, and South African Airlines,TAP Air Portugal,Singapore Airlines.

Self-service check-in: Supports interline flight, Star Alliance, Air China Group airlines and family check-ins (When checking in an adult passenger, 1–2 children with the same fare class and itinerary can be checked in as additional passengers. When canceling check-in, child passengers must be canceled first before canceling adult passengers. Only flights operated by Air China are eligible. Interline tickets are not supported at the time. Child passengers cannot be checked in separately.).

Application for special passenger services (including VIP passengers, ill or injured passengers, passengers with disabilities, disabled military and police officers, pregnant women, unaccompanied minors and passengers requesting a wheelchair or other special services) are not available at this time.
