1、Transit time requirements
(1)For overnight transit (the transit point: arrival time of the previous flight and the departure time of the subsequent flight are not on the same day), where the connecting flights are both domestic flights, the transit time must be ≥ 6 hours and ≦ 24 hours; where a domestic flight is connecting with an international flight, an international flight is connecting with a domestic flight, or an international flight is connecting with another international flight, the transit time must be ≥ 6 hours and ≤ 30 hours.
(2)For same-day transit (the transit point: arrival time of the previous flight and the departure time of the subsequent flight are on the same day), the scheduled arrival time of the previous flight is before 8:00 am (including) and the transit time ≥ 6 hours.
2、Booking deadline
(1)Standard transit accommodation services
①Overnight layover passengers (flights where the arrival time of the inbound flight segment and the departure time of the outbound flight segment is on different days) must book before midnight on the day before the scheduled arrival date of the inbound flight. If a passenger plans to enter the airport on February 1 (arriving at the transit city) and leave the airport on February 2 (departing the transit city), overnight layover passengers must book before midnight on January 31.
②Same-day transit passengers (flights where the arrival time of the inbound flight segment and the departure time of the outbound flight segment is on the same day) must book before midnight two days before the scheduled arrival date of the inbound flight. If a passenger plans to enter the airport on February 1 (arriving at the transit city) and leave the airport on February 1 (departing the transit city), the passenger must book before midnight on January 30.
(2)Luxury transit accommodation services
①Overnight layover passengers (flights where the arrival time of the inbound flight segment and the departure time of the outbound flight segment is on different days) must book before 22:00 two days before the scheduled arrival date of the inbound flight. If a passenger plans to enter the airport on February 1 (arriving at the transit city) and leave the airport on February 2 (departing the transit city), overnight layover passengers must book before 22:00 on January 30.
②Same-day transit passengers (flights where the arrival time of the inbound flight segment and the departure time of the outbound flight segment is on the same day) must book before 22:00 three days before the scheduled arrival date of the inbound flight. If a passenger plans to enter the airport on February 1 (arriving at the transit city) and leave the airport on February 1 (departing the transit city), the passenger must book before 22:00 on January 29.
3、Passengers must hold a connecting flight ticket whose ticket number begins with “999.”Passengers must hold a connecting flight ticket with two or more segments booked under the same reference number and ticket number. Alternatively, passengers may hold multiple tickets with consecutive ticket numbers if they booked too many segments.
4、Both inbound and outbound segments must bear the CA airline code.
5、Both inbound and outbound flights may be operated by Air China, Shandong Airlines or Shenzhen Airlines, providing they meet the following requirements.
Note: The transit accommodation service in Hohhot is only available for domestic to international and international to domestic transfer type.
6、The transit accommodation service is available for connecting flight tickets in which the preceding flight arrives in the same city and the same airport as the subsequent flight. Only the Chengdu (Tianfu) and Shanghai (Pudong) transit accommodation products can be also used for connecting flight tickets in which the preceding flight arrives in the same city at a different airport as the subsequent flight. For example, a ticket itinerary with connecting flight of Harbin–Beijing Capital (PEK)//Beijing Daxing (PKX)–Guangzhou is not eligible for this product. But a ticket itinerary with connecting flight of Guangzhou–Chengdu Shuangliu//Chengdu Tianfu–Haerbin, or Guangzhou–Shanghai Pudong//Shanghai Hongqiao–Haerbin is eligible for this product.
7、This product cannot be booked if the place of departure of the preceding flight is the same airport, or a different airport in the same city, as the destination of the subsequent flight. Examples are Shenyang–Chengdu Tianfu–Shenyang, and Beijing Capital (PEK)–Hangzhou–Beijing Daxing (PKX).
8、Transit accommodation service in Beijing is available only to transit passengers who travel on pre-booked eligible flights into and out of Beijing Capital International Airport.
9、Passenger requirements
(1)O/I/X/N class tickets, T class tickets for any segment of connecting flight tickets transferring from domestic to domestic, award tickets, free tickets, infant tickets, children's tickets (with a separate child record number), unaccompanied children's tickets, and tickets with cabin upgrade products booked or to be booked (such as boarding gate upgrade, cabin upgrade voucher, on-site upgrade, reward upgrade, etc.) cannot be reserved for transit accommodation services.
(2)In addition to the ticket types listed above, children's tickets are not eligible to book luxury transit accommodation services.
(3)The transit accommodation service may not be booked for infants, but infants can stay with an accompanying adult.
(4)For minors under 18 years of age who are checking into the hotel alone, please confirm in advance the check-in policy for minors with the hotel you have booked. The specific policy is subject to the requirements of each hotel. Air China shall not be held liable if you do not meet the relevant check-in policy for minors and are refused entry by the hotel.
(5)The transit accommodation service in Hohhot is only available for domestic to international and international to domestic transfer type.

Booking methods
1、Manual booking
When purchasing tickets, please ask the ticket sales staff to assist in booking the transit accommodation service or contact the Air China sales service hotline on 95583.
2、Self-service booking
After purchasing tickets, visit the Air China app to make a reservation.
3、Hotel types
(1)First and Business Class adult passengers (fare codes F/A/J/C/D/Z/R) with international (regional) flight segments operated by Air China who are transiting in Beijing Capital International Airport, Chengdu Tianfu International Airport, or Shanghai Pudong International Airport, may contact the Air China Sales Service Hotline at 95583 to book a luxury (G1) transit hotel.
(2)Other passengers who meet the transit accommodation conditions can book an ordinary transit hotel. Where hotel occupancy permits, criteria for ordinary transit hotels suitable for passengers are as follows:
A. First and business class passengers on the preceding or succeeding flight can book transit hotels in the G2/G3 group. They have priority in hotel and single room selection.
B. Lifetime Platinum cardholders, Platinum cardholders, and Gold cardholders on an international (regional) preceding or succeeding flight and whose cabin is super economy/economy can book G2/G3 hotels and have priority in hotel and single room selection.
C. Other passengers on an international (regional) preceding or succeeding flight and whose cabin is super economy/economy can book G2/G3 hotels.
D. Other passengers for whom both of the connecting flight segments are domestic and both segments are premium economy class/economy class may book a G3 Air China partner hotel. Among these passengers, those with a PhoenixMiles Lifetime Platinum Card, Platinum Card or Gold Card will have priority in selecting a hotel. Priority is also given to single rooms.
1、The transit accommodation service is a complimentary service provided for customer convenience only. Air China is not obliged to offer this service for connecting flights, nor is this service bundled with paid flights. Passengers are not charged a fee for using this service, nor the cost of this service included in the ticket price or taxes paid by customers. Air China does not assume any liability for issues that relate to the service provider.
2、Due to the limited daily availability of rooms at partner hotels, it is not possible to ensure that all eligible customers can enjoy transit accommodation. Passengers are requested to make their reservation as soon as possible after confirming their itinerary. Passengers who meet the conditions for hotel selection and single rooms may choose a service of the corresponding standard, subject to hotel room availability. Passengers who do not meet the conditions may not specify their preferred hotel or choose a single room and will automatically be assigned a hotel by the system. If passengers who do not meet the conditions for hotel selection wish to change their hotel reservation, they may try booking again. However, Air China does not guarantee that the system can definitely change the hotel. If the hotel cannot be changed after attempting to re-book, the passenger may choose whether or not to continue using the service at their own discretion. Changes to hotel or room type should be made before the booking deadline.
3、Passengers need to book transit accommodation services through manual or self-service channels before the booking deadline. Passengers may only check in once a successful reservation has been made. Booking at the hotel is not permitted.
4、International arrival passengers are requested to confirm in advance that they meet the entry qualifications and to ensure that they have a valid entry and stay permit. Air China shall not be held liable for any failure to use the service due to the passenger not meeting entry qualifications.
5、If passengers require an extra bed, they are required to cover any additional charges.
6、For passengers who have booked transit accommodation services: if your connecting flight changes (such as date, time, fare class, itinerary, flight number, etc.), your booking may be canceled. Please confirm the validity of your booking. If, after your booking has been canceled and your flight has been rescheduled, you still meet the conditions for booking the product, please re-book the product before the booking deadline; you may only use the hotel once you have successfully made a reservation. If, after your booking has been canceled and your flight has been rescheduled, you no longer meet the conditions for booking the product, you will not be able to book and continue to use the product.
7、After arriving at the hotel, passengers must present the identification documents used to purchase their tickets, as well as any relevant boarding passes to verify their identity.
8、Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by the hotel.
9、Passengers who have booked standard transit accommodation for Beijing (Capital) should go to the Air China Transfer Service Counter upon arrival. The Transfer Service Counter will then contact the transit hotel to arrange transportation from the airport. If the Transfer Service Counter is closed, passengers may contact the transit hotel directly to arrange transportation using the contact details received upon successful completion of their booking, or contact the Air China Sales Service Hotline on 95583 as indicated on the reminder displayed at the Transfer Service Counter, so that Air China can arrange transportation to the hotel. Passengers arriving at Beijing Capital International Airport Terminal 2 do not need to go to the Air China Transfer Service Counter upon arrival. Passengers who have already booked the Air China transit accommodation service may contact the transit hotel directly to arrange transportation using the contact details received upon successful completion of their booking, or call the Air China Sales Service Hotline at 95583 so that Air China can arrange transportation to the hotel.
10、Passengers who have booked standard transit accommodation service in Shanghai (Pudong), please call the hotel one day before check-in date to confirm the reservation information to ensure a smooth check-in. If the reservation is for the Rezen Select Hotel (Chuansha Branch, Shanghai International Tourism and Resort Zone), please contact the transit hotel directly to arrange transportation using the contact details received upon successful completion of their booking, or call the Air China Sales Service Hotline on 95583 for coordination of the transit hotel transfer. If the reservation is for the Skybird Hotel (Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Chuansha Metro Station), the hotel provides airport shuttle service according to fixed schedules. Passengers should contact the hotel directly for details using the hotel contact information received after successful booking.
11、Passengers who have booked standard transit accommodation for Chengdu (Tianfu), Hangzhou, Tianjin, Chongqing, Wenzhou and Hohhot may contact the transit hotel directly upon arrival to arrange transportation using the contact details received upon successful completion of their booking, or contact the Air China Sales Service Hotline at 95583 so that Air China can arrange transportation to the hotel.
12、Passengers who have booked luxury transit accommodation at the Crowne Plaza Beijing International Airport in Beijing (Capital) do not need to go to the Air China Transfer Service Counter upon arrival. These passengers may contact the hotel directly upon arrival to arrange transportation using the contact information received upon successful completion of their booking, or contact the Air China Sales Service Hotline at 95583 so that Air China can arrange transportation to the transit hotel. Free airport transfers are not available to passengers who have booked the Boyue Beijing Hotel at the present time. Passengers are asked to make their own arrangements for transportation between the airport and the hotel.
13、Passengers who have booked luxury transit accommodation in Shanghai (Pudong) do not need to go to the Air China Transfer Service Counter upon arrival. Passengers may contact the transit hotel directly to arrange transportation using the contact details provided upon successful completion of their booking, or contact the Air China Sales Service Hotline at 95583 so that Air China can arrange transportation to the hotel.
14、Passengers who have booked luxury transit accommodation in Chengdu Tianfu are not provided with airport transfer service as the Chengdu Joyhub Air Hotel is located in the central core area of Terminals 1 and 2 of Chengdu Tianfu International Airport. Please proceed to the hotel on your own upon arrival.
15、Only one value-added service product can be booked for each flight segment on the ticket. Products such as Transit Accommodation, Transit Lounge, Luxury Car Transfer and Ground-Air Connection cannot be booked together.

17、City transit hotel information. (Due to factors such as hotel cooperation, the hotels for which the service is available may be adjusted at any time. For details, please refer to the actual services provided by the system during booking.)
