1. Restrictions:
(1). Applicable tickets: tickets with ticket numbers starting with "999" and some tickets starting with "479".
(2). Applicable flights: Direct flights operated by Air China with CA and ZH codes, as well as some direct flights operated by Shenzhen Airlines. Other codeshare flights are not applicable.
(3). Applicable cabin class: Economy class.
(4). Purchase deadline: From the purchase of the ticket until the deadline for check-in procedures. The sales deadline for some flights may be earlier, please refer to the system prompts and staff notifications at the time of actual purchase.
(5). Applicable passengers: Adults, children, and baby passengers occupying seats. We currently do not support paid seat selection for passengers carrying infants.
(6). According to the regulations of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, if a passenger chooses an emergency exit seat, they must be at least 15 years old and under 65 years old at the time of boarding, meet relevant conditions, and be willing and able to fulfill corresponding obligations. If you have successfully purchased an emergency exit seat, you must go to the check-in counter of Air China to check in and collect your boarding pass. Please consult each purchasing channel for detailed requirements. For safety reasons, the backrests of some emergency exit seats may not be adjustable. Please purchase at your discretion.
(7). Paidseat products cannot be purchased after check-in. If you wish to purchase, please cancel check-in first.
(8). If you need a product invoice, you can call 95583-1-5 within 45 days after using the product, or click on "Reimbursement Voucher" on the Air China mobile app to issue a product invoice.
(9). The prices and applicable routes of all paidseat products are subject to the display at the time of purchase.
(10). You can inquire with the staff about purchasing paidseat products when checking in at the airport.
2. After purchasing the paidseat product, you still need to complete the check-in procedures before the flight takes off.
3. Due to changes in flights, aircraft models, or airline safety or operational reasons, your paidseat number may be changed. We will do our best to arrange an equivalent seat for you; If there is a change in seat, you can apply for cancellation from the original purchasing channel.
4. The paidseat product currently only supports single seat reservation at a time. When the seat needs to be adjusted, single seat protection will also be provided.
5. The paidseat product will provide you with the opportunity to reserve seats on board in advance. You can choose seats according to your own needs, but due to airline safety and special service guarantees, not all economy class seats in the cabin are pre selected in advance. During the check-in process, some paidseats will be opened for passengers to check in self-service. Please decide whether you need to pre select seats based on your actual situation.
6. If you successfully purchase an emergency exit seat, you will have to go to the check-in counter of Air China to check in and collect your boarding pass. Please confirm that you are over 15 years old but under 65 years old, and meet other relevant conditions for taking emergency exit seats. You are willing and able to fulfill the corresponding obligations. Passengers carrying infants or children, as well as those applying for special services such as wheelchairs, are not allowed to purchase emergency exit seats.
7. Regulations on Product Returns, Changes, and Orders:
(1). The paidseat product does not allow endorsement.
(2). The paidseat product does not allow rescheduling or seat changes. If a passenger has a flight ticket rescheduling request, they must cancel the purchased paidseat product, change the flight date, and pay again to select a seat.
(3). This product follows the principle of 'where to purchase, where to unsubscribe'. There is currently no cancellation fee for unsubscribing.
(4). Paideat products can be refunded at least 6 hours before the flight departure. If the passenger has already checked in, they should be reminded to cancel the product subscription after canceling the check-in. Within 6 hours before and after the flight departure, if the product has no special circumstances or if the passenger voluntarily requests to cancel due to personal reasons, the paidseat product cannot be refunded.
(5). Within the time limit for unsubscribing, passengers can unsubscribe through their original purchase channel or contact 95583 for consultation and processing.
(6). Special circumstances for unsubscribing without being limited by the deadline:
A. If a passenger is unable to check in due to purchasing a paidseat product, the paidseat product can be refunded (if a passenger is unable to check in online due to selecting an emergency exit seat, the seat selection product can be refunded).
B. If the passenger is unable to enjoy the purchased seat due to involuntary reasons such as airline aircraft type adjustments, the paidseat product can be refunded.
C. Passengers who purchase paidseat product for associated flight segments can refund or change their paidseat products.
D. If a passenger purchase an paidseat product and requests at the check-in counter or cabin that the passenger does not meet the requirements for riding an emergency exit seat, the paidseat product can be refunded.
E. If a passenger purchases a paidseat product and applies for an upgrade or other seating product, the paidseat product can be refunded.
F. After purchasing the paidseat product, if the passenger successfully applies for a baby crib and is finally arranged to the baby crib location, the paidseat product can be returned.
G. If a passenger misses the flight after the departure time and has not processed a refund, the paidseat product can be refunded after the ticket is cancelled or rescheduled.
H. If the paidseat product bell cannot be used, the air conditioning port is malfunctioning, the lighting is malfunctioning, the entertainment equipment is malfunctioning, the seat back cannot be adjusted, the seat is damaged, or the surrounding area of the seat is unsanitary during the flight, resulting in unsatisfactory passenger comfort, the paidseat product can be returned after verifying the passenger's description is true.
(7). The refund period for paidseat product purchased after departure is within 90 days from the departure of the flight. If cancelled within 90 days or more, cash or mileage will be refunded to the passenger's member account in the form of service compensation. If using seat selection coupons for payment, 100% of the seat value (in RMB CNY) of the EV will be refunded to the member's account in the form of service compensation.
(8). When passengers who use mileage payment voluntarily cancel the product, the mileage will be refunded according to the original validity period, and expired mileage will automatically expire and become invalid. Please understand and consider whether you need to book the product based on your own situation; When the product changes due to airline reasons, expired mileage will be extended by one month.
8. If you have any problems during the purchase or use of paidseat products, please pay attention to saving relevant information (such as system error screenshots, boarding passes or photos, etc.) and call 95583 for inquiries. Air China will assist you in verifying the specific situation as soon as possible and provide a solution.
