一、サービス対象都市および空港
（1）中国中国航空の中継宿泊製品における「連絡便」の判定は、お客様の全行程のうち連続する3つの航空区間を基準とします。具体的には、宿泊サービスを提供する都市/空港を中核点とし、その前の区間と後の区間を組み合わせて1つの「中継連絡区間」を構成します。各中継連絡区間につき、中継宿泊製品を1回申請できます。
例：深圳 → 成都 → 北京 → ニューヨークという全行程の場合： 「深圳 → 成都 → 北京」区間に基づき、成都での宿泊を申請可能。 「成都 → 北京 → ニューヨーク」区間に基づき、北京での宿泊を申請可能。
（2）提携ホテルの一日の客室数には限りがあるため、条件を満たす全ての旅客がトランジット宿泊サービスを享受できることを保証するものではありません。予定数に達し次第終了となりますので、旅程が確定次第、お早めにご予約ください。
三、予約方法および締切期限
(一) 適用規則
1. 旅客都合による変更： 元の予約チャネルを通じて注文をキャンセルし、製品を再予約してください。最新の予約結果が優先されます。
北京（首都、大興）、成都（天府）、上海（浦東）、杭州、天津、温州。
二、サービス内容
上記サービス対象都市でのトランジットとなる連絡航空券を所持し、エアチャイナの製品規定を満たす旅客は、無料でトランジット宿泊製品サービスを享受する機会があります。サービス内容は以下の通りです：宿泊1泊、朝食、空港とホテル間の送迎（実施される場合）。
サービス対象となる製品カテゴリー、ホテルグレード、および対応するサービス都市/空港は以下の通りです：
豪華型トランジット宿泊製品：北京（首都）、成都（天府）、上海（浦東）
普通型トランジット宿泊製品：北京（首都、大興）、成都（天府）、上海（浦東）、杭州、天津、温州.

三、予約方法および締切期限
1.予約方法：
豪華型トランジット宿泊製品： エアチャイナ販売サービスホットライン 95583 でのみ予約可能。
普通型トランジット宿泊製品： エアチャイナ公式サイト、中国国航アプリ、エアチャイナ販売サービスホットライン 95583、航空券販売担当者にて予約可能。
特記事項： 国内線がエアチャイナコードで、山東航空（山航）または深セン航空（深航）が実運航するコードシェア便の場合は、エアチャイナ公式サイト、中国国航アプリ、またはエアチャイナ販売サービスホットライン 95583 にてご予約ください。
2.予約締切期限（北京時間基準）：
豪華型トランジット宿泊製品：旅客が航空券を購入後、トランジット前の便の到着時刻の 50時間前 までに製品を予約する必要があります。例： トランジット前の便のスケジュールが12月1日09:00-14:00（到着時刻12月1日14:00）の場合、旅客は11月29日12:00までに製品の予約を完了する必要があります。
普通型トランジット宿泊製品：旅客が航空券を購入後、トランジット前の便の到着時刻の 24時間前 までに製品を予約する必要があります。例： トランジット前の便のスケジュールが12月1日09:00-12:00（到着時刻12月1日12:00）の場合、旅客は11月30日12:00までに製品の予約を完了する必要があります。
四、製品規則 (一) 適用規則
1. 航空券番号： 「999」で始まるトランジット連絡航空券が対象。トランジット連絡航空券とは、2つ以上の連絡便が同一の予約記録番号（レコードロケーター）および同一の航空券番号の下にある航空券、または区間が多すぎるために発行された連続した航空券番号の複数の航空券を指します。
2. 便名要件： 前後の便名が CAコード（エアチャイナ便名） である必要があります。
3. 実運航会社要件：
(1) 国内線→国内線： 前後の区間のうち、一区間はエアチャイナ、山東航空（山航）、または深セン航空（深航）が実運航し、もう一区間はエアチャイナが実運航する必要があります。
(2) 国内線→国際線（地域線）/ 国際線（地域線）→国内線： 国内線区間はエアチャイナ、山東航空（山航）、または深セン航空（深航）が実運航可。国際線（地域線）区間はエアチャイナが実運航する必要があります。
(3) 国際線（地域線）→国際線（地域線）： 前後の区間ともにエアチャイナが実運航する必要があります。
4. 旅行日：
(1) 北京（大興）以外のトランジット点：前の便の予定到着時刻が 2026年1月1日～2026年12月31日（北京時間）の間。
(2) 北京（大興）をトランジット点とする場合：前の便の予定到着時刻が 2026年4月27日～2026年10月15日（北京時間）の間。
5. ホテルの客室状況が許す場合、旅客の宿泊権利は下表の通りに対応します：

注釈：
（1）翌日トランジット（Overnight Transit）： トランジット点における前便の到着時刻と後便の出発時刻が同じ日ではない場合。
（2）当日トランジット（Same-Day Transit）： トランジット点における前便の到着時刻と後便の出発時刻が同じ日である場合。
（3）トランジット時間： トランジット点における前便の到着時刻と後便の出発時刻の時間差。
（4）豪華型製品サービスでは、ホテルの自己選択またはシングルルームの優先手配は対象外です。
（二）対象外となる場合
1. O/I/X/Nクラスの航空券では予約できません。
2. 国内線→国内線の連絡航空券で、いずれかの区間がTクラスの航空券では予約できません。
3. マイル交換による賞典航空券、無料航空券、乳児券、小児単独購入（小児単独の予約記録番号）、無人付き添い小児航空券では予約できません。
4. 各種アップグレード製品（搭乗口アップグレード、アップグレード券、空港でのアップグレード、報酬アップグレード等）を既に手配済み、または手配予定の航空券では予約できません。
5. 同一の予約記録番号下に大人の航空券と小児の航空券（小児単独購入の場景を除く）が同時に含まれる場合、当該小児の航空券では豪華型トランジット宿泊製品を予約できません。
五、サービスの変更またはキャンセル 1. 旅客都合による変更： 元の予約チャネルを通じて注文をキャンセルし、製品を再予約してください。最新の予約結果が優先されます。
2. 旅客都合による解約： 元の予約チャネルを通じて注文をキャンセルしてください。
3. やむを得ない事情によるサービスのキャンセル： トランジット便に変更（日時、クラス、旅程、便名など）が生じた場合、お客様の注文がシステムにより自動的にキャンセルされる可能性があります。注文の有効性を適宜ご確認ください。
注文がキャンセルされ、便変更後も製品規則を満たす場合、予約締切期限内に再予約し、予約成功後に本製品をご利用ください。
注文がキャンセルされ、便変更後も製品規則を満たすものの、再予約時点で予約締切期限を過ぎている、または残室がないために予約に失敗した場合は、エアチャイナ販売サービスホットライン 95583 にお問い合わせください。
注文がキャンセルされ、かつ便変更後は製品規則を満たさなくなった場合、本製品を利用することはできません。
六、サービスご利用上の注意
1.トランジット宿泊サービスは、連絡航空券に必須に含まれるサービスではなく、エアチャイナがトランジット旅客の利便性のために追加で提供するものであり、いかなる運賃製品ともパッケージ販売されておりません。旅客は本サービスに対して任何の費用も支払っておらず、航空券購入時に支払った運賃及び諸税の中にも本サービスの費用は含まれておりません。サービス提供業者がサービス提供期間中に生じた任何の問題について、エアチャイナはいかなる責任も負いません。
2.旅客は、製品の予約締切期限内に、自助チャネルまたは人工チャネルを通じてトランジット宿泊サービスを予約する必要があり、予約成功後にのみご宿泊いただけます。当日現地での予約は受け付けておりません。
3.ホテル・客室タイプの割り当てについて：
（1）ホテルの客室状況が許す場合、指定ホテル及びシングルルーム条件を満たす旅客は、対応する標準のホテル範囲内で優先的に対応するサービスを受けることができます。ホテルの残室が条件を満たせない場合、エアチャイナは予約結果が完全に期待に沿うことを保証しません。
（2）指定ホテルまたはシングルルーム条件を満たさない旅客は、システムにより自動的に割り当てられ、システムの割り当て結果が優先されます。旅客が予約したホテルの変更や客室タイプ・数の変更を希望する場合、製品の予約締切期限内に、元の予約をキャンセルした後、再予約を試みることができますが、エアチャイナは再予約結果を保証しません。再試行後も予約結果に満足できない場合、旅客は自己の判断で本サービスの継続利用の可否を決定できます。
（3）一つの予約申請に複数名が含まれ、その中に指定ホテル及びシングルルーム条件を満たす旅客と満たさない旅客が混在する場合、当該予約申請は指定ホテルには対応しません。一つの予約申請に複数名が含まれ、一部の旅客が上位グループのホテルに適用され、一部の旅客が下位グループのホテルのみに適用される場合、当該予約申請は下位グループのホテルのみに対応します。
4. 国際線到着旅客は、有効な入国資格および入国停留許可を所持していることを事前にご確認ください。旅客の入国資格不備によりサービスが受けられなかった場合、エアチャイナはいかなる責任も負いません。
5. 旅客がホテル到着後、手続きの際には、航空券購入時に使用した身分証明書及び関連区間の搭乗券をスタッフに提示し、身元確認を受ける必要があります。確認成功後にのみサービスをご利用いただけます。
6. ホテルのチェックイン及びチェックアウト時間は、ホテルの規定に準じます。早期チェックイン、レイトチェックアウト、同一客室の延泊、エキストラベッド等の追加リクエストがある場合は、ホテルに直接ご相談ください。これにより発生する可能性のある追加費用は旅客の自己負担となります。
7. 航空券の各区間ごとに予約できる付加サービス製品は1つのみです。トランジット宿泊、トランジットラウンジ、ファースト／ビジネスクラス専用車、空港連絡バス等の製品を同時に予約することはできません。
8. 空港送迎サービスについて：
（1）ホテルが空港送迎サービスを提供する場合、旅客はホテルの連絡先に直接連絡して送迎を手配するか、エアチャイナ販売サービスホットライン 95583 に連絡し、エアチャイナがホテルと調整して送迎を手配することができます。
（2）北京（首都）普通型トランジット宿泊サービスを予約した旅客で、北京首都国際空港第3ターミナルに到着する場合、到着後はエアチャイナトランジットサービスカウンターに直接お越しください。カウンタースタッフがホテルに車の手配を調整します。カウンターが閉まっている場合、旅客は各自でホテルに連絡して送迎を手配してください。
