Service name and description
●At Beijing Capital International Airport, eligible passengers will have the opportunity to enjoy one time free time-based transit lounge.

●Amenities：

Beijing Capital International Airport:

♦Guestrooms, for up to 4 hours (reservation required at the time of visit)

♦Public zone, for an unlimited length of time

♦Free shower

♦Internet access

♦Free snacks and beverages
Terms and conditions

●Tickets：

♦Passengers must hold a connecting flight ticket whose ticket number begins with “999.”Passengers must hold a connecting flight ticket with two or more segments booked under the same reference number and ticket number. Alternatively, passengers may hold multiple tickets with consecutive ticket numbers if they booked too many segments.

♦Both inbound and outbound segments must bear the CA airline code.

♦The transit Lounge service is only supported for connecting flight tickets in which the preceding flight arrives in the same city and the same airport as the subsequent flight. For example, a ticket itinerary with connecting flight of Harbin–Beijing Daxing (PKX)//Beijing Capital (PEK)–London is not eligible for this product.

♦This product cannot be booked if the place of departure of the preceding flight is the same airport, or a different airport in the same city, as the destination of the subsequent flight. Examples are Hong Kong–Beijing Capital–Hong Kong, and London Heathrow (LHR)–Beijing Capital–London Gatwick (LGW).

♦The actual carriers for both the incoming and outgoing legs of the transfer city must be Air China.

(Starting from November 30, 2024, the Transit Lounge product will only be applicable to international (regional) to international (regional) connecting flights via Beijing Capital International Airport; services booked before November 30, 2024, are not affected and can continue to be used.)

●Connections：

♦Transportation for international (regional) to international (regional) connecting flights via Beijing Capital International Airport.

●Flights：

♦The onward international flight does not contain a domestic flight segment.

♦The service is not applicable to Air China’s international flights that depart from T3C/T3D of Beijing Capital International Airport.

●Connecting time：

♦Connecting time of at least 4 hours and up to 24 hours.

●Booking deadline：

♦After purchasing a ticket, passengers must complete their reservation before the departure of the incoming flight.

●Passengers：

♦O/I/X/N class tickets, award tickets, free tickets, infant tickets, unaccompanied children's tickets, and tickets with cabin upgrade products booked or to be booked (such as boarding gate upgrade, cabin upgrade voucher, on-site upgrade, reward upgrade, etc.) cannot be reserved for transit lounge services.

♦Reservation for the service cannot be made for infants, but infants can access the lounges for free with the adults.

●Date requirements：

♦The scheduled arrival time of the flight at the transit city must be between January 1 and December 31, 2024(Beijing time)

Booking methods
●Manual booking:

When purchasing tickets, please ask the ticket sales staff to assist in booking the transit lounge or contact the Air China sales service hotline on 95583.

●Self-service booking:

After booking, visit Air China's official website or the Air China app to make a reservation.

Special Note: Team and K class passengers meeting product conditions can only book services through manual channels, self-service channels do not support bookings.
Helpful tips
●The transit lounge service is a complimentary service provided for customer convenience only.Air China is not obliged to offer this service for connecting flights, nor is this service bundled with paid flights. Passengers are not charged a fee for using this service, nor the cost of this service included in the ticket price or taxes paid by customers. The international transit lounge service in Beijing is conceived by Air China only to make passengers’connections easier and arrange a location for rest for passengers. Air China will not be held responsible for any problems that could occur during the service delivery by the service supplier.

●The space of the transit lounges is limited. Advance reservation is required.

●Passengers should book the service through a manual or self-service channel before the flight to the transit city departs. The service is only available to passengers who have booked successfully. Passengers without a successful booking may not enter the transit lounge.

●For passengers who have booked transit lounge services: if your connecting flight changes (such as date, time, fare class, itinerary, flight number, etc.), your booking may be canceled. Please confirm the validity of your booking. If, after your booking has been canceled and your flight has been rescheduled, you still meet the conditions for booking the product, please re-book the product before the booking deadline; you may only use the product once you have successfully made a reservation. If, after your booking has been canceled and your flight has been rescheduled, you no longer meet the conditions for booking the product, you will not be able to book and continue to use the product.

●When arriving at the lounge, passengers must provide the ID document used to purchase their ticket and the boarding pass for the relevant flight segment so that staff can verify the passenger's identity. The transit lounge service is only available after successful verification.

●The number of guestrooms in a lounge is limited, which makes it impossible to guarantee that a passenger’s need is always been met. The passenger who needs one should make the request at the time of lounge visit.

●Only one value-added service product can be booked for each flight segment on the ticket. Products such as Transit Accommodation, Transit Lounge, Luxury Car Transfer and Ground-Air Connection cannot be booked together.
