According to Air China's requirement, you need to complete the payment and subsequent operations within 20 minutes; otherwise Air China does not warrant that your reservation is still effective.
If you choose online payment, you will input your bank account number and password at the web page of the selected bank at the time of online payment and the bank will provide comprehensive support and guarantee for your safety. Please refer to relevant instructions for matters related to bank card payment.
Before executing payment operation, please record the reservation date and reservation number first and do not close the browser windows during the course of online payment. Once an error occurs, enter the Manage My Bookings section of this website to check reservation record for reprocessing or submitting to Air China for subsequent processing.
If you can't return to Air China's app for subsequent operation after completing online payment at the banks website, you may login the bank's website to check whether the payment has already been made. If yes, please notify Air China to conduct back office processing. For international VISA cards, you need to login the website of the card-issuing bank to check the payment information or contact with the client service department of the card-issuing bank to verify whether the payment has already been made.
Tips on overseas card payment: In order to ensure payment security, you may be required to present the original payment card that you used to purchase tickets at Air China APP at the airport. If it is not possible to show, Air China will reserve the right to refuse your boarding, or you may be required to purchase tickets again. Thank you for your cooperation.
Passengers will be served according to the rules offered by the actual carrier, which includes but not limited to VIP lounge, Check-in, Mileage Accumulation and so on.
The ticket will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.
The app currently supports ticket rescheduling services for adult tickets on domestic flights purchased through all channels. Please call 95583 for information if rescheduling is not possible for a particular reason. Rules for rescheduled tickets are as per the rules at the location where the ticket is rescheduled. If you have purchased your ticket using a special discount offer or any of its associated benefits, the rules for this offer relating to refunds, exchanges and other matters will apply to your ticket.
Special services and special baggage allowance services are temporarily unavailable on the APP. Passengers who may need special services include VIPs, passengers who request a baby cradle, a wheelchair, a stretcher, or pet transport, pregnant women, and the blind/deaf. Passengers who may need special baggage allowance services include overseas students and new immigrants. If you would like to purchase tickets, please contact the Air China sales office in your city of origin or call the customer service hotline 95583 before making your purchase.
Passenger information for travel to United States:
As required by U.S. Department of Homeland Transportation Security Administration, if you are soon to travel to the United States, please check the list of prohibited items on the TSA website(https://www.tsa.gov) prior to departure.
According to relevant provisions, passengers who do not hold Chinese citizen ID cards and who have reserved tickets to Lhasa,Nyingchi Prefecture, Bamda, or Ngari Prefecture in Tibet must proceed to a local Air China office to purchase their tickets. Only those passengers who hold vaild Chinese citizen ID cards are eligible to purchase tickets to these destinations online. Other passengers may be denied the right to board these flights if they violate these provisions and will be personally liable for any losses that may result. 如果旅客在其他地方已经购买成人客票,建议通过95361人工预定儿童客票(需要使用国内信用卡进行支付,详情请咨询95361)或通过深航直属售票处购买。如果旅客单独购买儿童票,出行时无成人陪同,造成无法乘机的所有损失深航网站不承担任何责任。
2. 特殊旅客提示:
特殊旅客暂无法网上订票,可选择其他购票方式。详情请咨询我们的服务热线95361。(特殊旅客:指需要工作人员协助,给予特殊照料的旅客,如轮椅、担架旅客、盲人等);另外,如果您有小动物托运的需求,请先行联系深航客服热线95361咨询后再订票。
3. 订单确认方式:
当您购票成功后,我们会按您在联系人信息栏预留的手机号码,发送购票成功的确认短信(短信号码为95361),您也可以通过官网首页订单管理查询确认订单;如您已经实际付款成功,但是订单及客票状态显示为“未出票”,或长时间未收到短信,请及时与95361-3确认,以免影响您的行程。
4. 订单取消:
深航官网支付订单预留30分钟,深航APP/微信/WAP网站支付订单预留15分钟,如超出时间未完成支付则不再通知旅客,取消订单。
5. 特殊餐食预订:
若您对餐食有特殊要求(我们可以提供素食餐、儿童餐、婴儿餐、低盐餐、低糖餐等),为确保特殊餐食能及时装机,请您在订票时或订票后航班离站前24小时联系我们的服务热线95361提前预订您所需要的特殊餐食。(代码共享航班不提供特殊餐食服务)
